Migrating to EXCH2K from 5.5

Windows 2K domain:
I have EXCH5.5 SP4 currently running on W2K Server. I am wanting migrate to EXCH2K on another box. I have ADC installed, and have run forestprep and domainprep on one of our DCs. When I go to install EXCH2K, it does not prompt me to select an Exchange 5.5 Server to join. What have I not configured to do allow this?
