Migrating the datastore - backout and testing

Greetings,

I am planning the migration of our datastore from Access to SQL. I have been asked if we can test it and also what are the 'backout' procedures.

I am assuming that, if I take a copy of the access database and backup each server's DSN first, then I should be able to rollback if something goes wrong. Also, I'm thinking that if I just change one servers DSN first (to point to the SQL database) then that could work as a test of the SQL datastore before we change the other production servers.

Any thoughts anyone?

Thanks
