Migrating Local Groups and shares.

I am in the process of migrating my file server (NT 4.0 sp6a) to w2k sp2. I am looking for a way to move the local groups, and shares off while I perform a clean install of w2k, and then move the shares, and groups back. Anybody have any ideas?
