Migrate NT4 --> W2k·

I have a domain A with NT4. I will change to W2k3 to a domain B
My question is in the clients workstation.
My workstation are W2K and WXP.These PC's are join to a domain A with a profile saved in local PC.
When I upgraded to W2k3 I changed the name of domain to B. How can hold the same profile cracteristics in these Pc's workstation when I join this workstation to new domain B?

Put it somewhere safe.
Log on.
Log off.
Copy the saved profile over the new profile.

Or, use USMT (User State Migration Tool)

or use the Quest Software Domain Migration Wizard. It will cost you, but it is a great tool for migration.
