Migrate from Exch 2k to Exch 2003 steps ??

Were running 1 Exch. 2k server, but need to reload it
and save mailboxes only,
what is the easiet way after we setup the new Exch. 2003
server ??

Is there a simple migrate tool so we wont have to retype
all the OU groups,distr. lists etc..... ??

The simplest way is to let the migration Wizrd do its job.
Unless you have some extreme customisation, everything should work out just fine.
As always, a backup is always a 'nice' thing to have.

Are there any known complications with migrating from Exch 5.5 to Exch 2003? I'm in the preliminary steps to researching this migration. Any thoughts?
