migrate 5 to sbs2003

hi
i have an win2k server with exchange ver5. How can i migrate to sbs 2003?
Can the exmerege utilty read the data from exchange ver 5.?
i can try to migrate the users using the ADMT tool, but main concerns is the exchange data..

got a response from microsoft that there is no upgrade path. the exchange 5 has to be upgraded to 5.5 then to 2003
