Looking to relocate a Mics system with 34+ phones. With the Set relocation set to on, which would be the best way to plug back the phones in the new location, starting with the recp set, and one set at a time or dosen't matter? and what else should be done taken care for relocation....Thanks,

There is no Fastrad connected to the system. If a Fastrad is purchased and used, can it also be used to backup other MIcs systems? The NRU program can it be downloaded from a site? or needs to be purchased as well? Thanks in advance

Set relocation is a handy feature but it can definitely be dangerous!

Plugging in more than one set at a time (with set relo turned on) can cause serious data corruption and it can even lock up the whole system!

It is imperative that you always bring them up one at a time whenever you use the set relocation feature. I actually do a test call (on an outside line) to make sure that phone is really back up and working before I ever plug the next one in.

Very often, the time and date will appear and the phone looks like it came back up but then it may start flashing again as it begins reprogramming itself.

I'm also thinkin' it was MICS 1.0 and CICS 1.0 that are not compatible with any RAD.
