I have a customer who has an MICS w/ PRI and when they make a call to a line that is busy it disconnects instead of giving a busy signal. The provider is asking him what code the system needs to see in order to receive a busy signal. Anybody have any idea?
Are they set for NI or NI2? We have experienced problems in the past with NI2... Just a thought but something to think of later when all seems lost....
Some people are like slinkies.
Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
I have the identical problem. We are connected to a BroadWorks switch using an Adtran Total Access 908e. The BroadWorks engineer says the Adtran is sending the MICS a code 25 for a busy call. If we knew what code the Norstar needed to see to provide reorder to the caller, he could program the Adtran accordingly.
