MICS No Stutter Dial Tone on DISA

I was able to setup a CICS with DISA and get Stutter dial tone ok. I am having a problem getting Stutter Dial tone on a MICS 4.0. I set up everything just like the CICS and the line even answers but no stutter dial tone then it hangs up after about 5 seconds.

Have you verified that Telco is providing supervision on that line?

Turned out that a EM/DISA card had to be installed in hte 0x12 cabinet because it will not fit inside the MICS cabinet. Once installed the DISA started working properly.
