MICS - M7310 not going to voicemail 3

Hi, I've got a subscriber whos phone refuses to go to voicemail at all. I've setup and deleted his mailbox 3x's but the phone just continually rings. He is able to access and configure the mailbox but the phone doesn't seem to recognize it.

1. Is there a key function to disable your phone from going to vm?

2. Possibly would we be out of voicemail box licenses?

You could be out of licences. hit F983 log inthen when it says admin hit 44 then next to show how many licences your VM was issued with then just count how many you have initialized or built. Also probably a dumb question but have you just tried a different phone,maybe defective 7310

Build the Vmail box, initialize it, then use Ftr980 to send test message. If all that works, your problem is not with the Flash.

If the phone just continually rings, then the extension probably isn't forwarded under Terminals&Sets/Capabilities/CallFwd no answer.

Make sure it's forwarded to the vm extension (f985) at the desired number of rings.

If it were only a vm issue, the call would still go to the general delivery mailbox.

Thank you all. FNA had been removed, (don't know how since I'm the only phone admin) but I put voicemail back in and all is now functioning.

I'll keep the other info for future reference. Thanks everybody.
