We have moved offices and inherited a MICS v6 (I believe) but it did not have voice mail. In the old office we had a smaller system and a StarTalk Flash Box.

The Old setup was 2 digit DN's and the new one is 3 digit.

What needs to be done to setup the StarTalk Flash box on the new system.

I have plugged it in but get no response to F903 or F985... I plugged it back into the old system and went through the reset procedure. Still nothing on the new system. On the old system I removed all the Feature codes, plugged the StarTalk box back in and it still works (replies to F985 with DN 36).

Is there something more to reset the StarTalk Flash Box or to set it up on the MICS v6 system???

Thanks that may be the problem. The voicemail shows the version as Talk Flash 1.10. I am guessing this is not 1 point 10 but rather 1 point 1

Is there anyway to upgrade this to 1.9 or newer?
Do I need to purchase this upgrade or a new StarTalk Flash Software Card?
