MICS 7.0 canoot dial 9** area code

Hello all I have a bit of an issue that just popped up.
we have a MICS 7.0 with PRI,
set up with Dest Code 9any to route 001
route 001 (absorb 01),points to pool PRI-A.
we can dial any local and long distance except for local area code 928.
I have plugged the PRI directly to my Tbert and I can dial it without a problem. can someone please point me in the right direction.

They are dialing 9 928XXXXXX?
Should work. Try just making the dest code just 9 absorb all.
Or look at the dest code in routing and is the 9 checked on the wild cards.

You might need to check the default number length under system programming and make sure it's set to 10. Or is it possible that 928 is toll restricted?

yes the 9 is checked as part of the wild cards as soon as I go off hook and dial 99. I get the " The number you dial is not recognized" Im not able to get past the second 9.the service provider tells met that they only see the 9 go out but no other numbers.if i take the 99 of the Dest code 9any and dial 99 a get a fast busy.so that tells me its supposed to work.
