What were the issues with MICS 6.1 XC software and T1's? Was there a RLS to correct the problems.
 
MICS 6.1 - Caller ID Logging - 7316 set - Programmed with six lines (five lines appear only and line is set to appear and ring). Primary number is programmed for caller ID and logging - problem is that all lines are logged (call appearances too) - only want the primary number logged - this seems to be a problem with the 6.1 only. Any solution is appreciated.

CLID and logging are two separate things. You cannot log automatically on a per line basis. If you have auto logging turned on for “log all calls,” it is going to log all lines that appear on the phone, regardless of the ring programming. Your options for logging are: Log all calls, No auto logging, No one answered, or Unanswered by me. Your can change auto logging to one of the preferences that would suit you, or you can turn auto logging off, and in turn you could manually log the calls that you choose.
 
Yes but a call without CLID will not be Logged. Is this correct?
 
I think the calls are logged on which external calls ring the phone not just appear. My phone has no outside lines appearing on it but I get an autolog of calls transfered to it from other sets (as long as they complete the transfer before I answer the call) and calls transfered from VM.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

jerry do you still log the call even if there is no CLID?
 
Fixed an issue with the 3rd T1, at least that's what Nortel told me. Didn't get exact specifics.

strangly enough it seems to, I get "Unknown call 2X" right now on one log location. all the rest are numbers.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

I am told it did, but can be more specific on how it took in a few weeks as I am preparing to install the 3 PRI config for a customer..
