Mics 6.01 set will not sync

Just picked this guy up. MICS which is pretty much maxed out. Apparently, someone unplugged a set(all sets T7310) and when plugging it in set will not come back up. Internal autodials are still visible when that station is in use, but no display, no dial tone, no set functionality. Another set was moved to that office and same problem, but guess what, when 2nd set was returned to original location, it was hooped with the same problem. Set relocation is set to "no". There is a PRI on this system, if I reboot will I lose the T1? (Hey, first experience with PRI-do I need some codes)--lots of fun.

Your T1 service will go down for the duration of the reboot, yes. But it will come back up, you should not have any problems. If you have a NAM, make sure you reboot that properly as well.
