Mics 4.1

I have a MICS 4.1 and during a confrence call, the DTMF tones are not reconized.Do they have to upgrade to a diffrent software release.

I'm not sure but as far as I know MICS is a Nortel product.

No your on the wrong forum MICS4.1 is a Norstar software release this is for Ericsson systems.
