Microsoft word printing query.

Whenever i print out webpages from my work computer i always get the url added to the printout automatically, i was wondering wether i could somehow automatically add a document location url to the bottom of the printout of WORD documents as im always moving computers (accounts, execs etc) and it would be handy to know exactly where it was saved on the server.

There is a code that can be used in a Word footer that will allow you to save the file name.

Go to the footer, click on Insert Auto Text, and chose Insert filename and path. This will always print exactly where the file is located with the full path in the footer of the page.
