Hi!

I am using Avery 5164 Labels and doing a mail merge with Microsoft Word and Access. The problem is this: there are 6 labels per sheet but word will only print 1 label per sheet. So a 100 person merge would take 100 sheets. I am looking for a way for the merge to print 6 labels per sheet (the stand layout for Avery 5164). Just to be clear this would be 6 different address.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What version of Word are you using? In 2002, if you are using Word's Mail Merge feature, and you select Labels as what you want to create, there is an options button to select the 5164 and this should autoformat your document for 6 labels to a sheet.

Jasson,
Each cell, EXCEPT THE FIRST ONE, must have

«Next Record»

as the first merge cammand

When you set up your merge, did you specify LABELS as opposed to a Letter?
