We have Microsoft Exchange 5.5 running on a Windows 2000 server machine. I have 1 (my boss) who is running Windows XP with Microsoft Outlook 2000. Everything has been running fine, all emails have been flowing smooth both internally and externally. However this morning he claims he can not send out any attachments, they seem to be coming back undeliverable.

I have checked the server and everything seems to be normal with no changes. I looked at his settings and there are no limits on the size of attachments, basically I am not seeing any reason why these would not be sending out.

Any ideas?

This could easily be a user error... Who is he sending them too, is it just one address that might be bad/unreachable today? Also, what is the exact text in the returned message...
