I have database that I would like to distribute to some coworkers that do not have access or the version of access that I have which is office 2003 pro.

How do I create a Microsoft Office Access 2003 runtime application using this database?

I am new to this, so simple steps would help

I believe you would need the Developer's edition of Access 2003.

rstitzel is close... but Microsoft has discontinued the Access Developers Edition in favor of Visual Studio Tools for Office. The new product includes lots of new tools and is very usefull!

Here is Microsoft's for the product:

I'm not an actor, but I play one on TV.

Isn't it also included with Access 2003 extensions in the MSDN CD's?
