I need to make changes to a database that a person is no longer with our company and I don't know how to add a field and change the macro to export to txt.

I have to add a field to the table that is 2 digits. I updated all the queries and when I run the macro it doesn't show the field I added to export the files to a txt file.
I am trying to see the field lengths or why the macro isn't pulling that field... is it something to do with the specification field of the macro and if so how do I change that...thanks in advance.

Export Specification

Hi,

Ya know, it just might, perhaps, maybe, somehow helpful to see the export spec and the table spec, at a minimum.

That is what I am trying to figure out how to look at the export spec the action arguments say

Transfer type: EXPORT FIXED WIDTH
Specification Name: Site Export Specification
table name qryExtractSite

The specification name is in the drop box...do you know where i can see that or what esle I need to look at ...
thank you for any hints to help me export the updated query to an text file.
thank you in advance

Thank you for any support on this matter but I figured it out myself and if anyone ever has this problem please feel free to email me directly.
