Microsoft Explorer - Automatic Screen Refresh 1

I am heavily involved with Yahoo Financial Charts for the stock market. When I bring up a particular chart such as today's active S&P 500 index, I tire of continuously hitting F5 or right-clicking and hitting "refresh".

Is there something I could do to have any particular chart on the screen to automatically refresh about once every 5 seconds?

Or use Opera (The free Mozilla web browser). It's feature-packed, one of which allows automatic refreshes at specified intervals.
