Microsoft exchange 5.5Could send message outside but couldnot receive.

I cannot receive message from folks outside my network. This is what i get.

Message from yahoo.com.
Unable to deliver message to the following address(es).

I run a microsoft exchange 5.5 mail Server. I suddenly started having problems receiving mails from outside networks. I could send but couldnot receive.The senders receive undeliverable response with this error
