Hey guys.. I really need to know how you can plot separate data sets within the same graph. I'm trying to create a graph that plots seasonal data. The x-axis will contain the months January through December. The y-axis will contain the employment numbers. January's graph will be plotted based on the data on the first sheet, February's graph will be plotted based on the data on the second sheet, March's data will be plotted based on the data from the third, and so on... Each month will contain two series... First, it will contain the employment average for that month, and another data series within that month will contain the actual plotted data within that month. I don't want any of the month's graphs to connect to another month's graph. They just need to be separate data sets plotted on the same graph.. How can i do this?? Please help!! I'd REALLY appreciate it. Thanks! :)

Hi eclipsed82,

Could you creat a Total Page in your spreadsheet with formulas to get the information from each page?

I would suggest the formula be something like =if(Feb!A1="","",Feb!A1. Then the graph will not show zero for the months that are not present.

Hope this helps.

Thanks zigs ... I don't think that's going to solve the problem. I really need to plot these data on the same graph, but i have to make sure theyre SEPARATED from one another, according to month. Does anyone know how to do this?? PLEASE HELP!
