Hi,

I have a database that got the main table deleted.

It looks like the data is still there because the size of the file didn't reduce from the original 5Mb.

The backup was a little outdated. Any suggestions on trying to recover that table ?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your dilemma. As you have learned, the hard way, make a copy of your db first, then import the table from the backup. You will also want to make sure of any links were made to this table. As for size, data, by itself, does not take up much space!
Depending upon the necessity of the data, there are companies that can recover data, but for a fee.
