We are running Office 97 on Windows NT and Windows 2000 workstations. The computers periodically (all around the same time) get an error "Microsoft Access couldn't create storage space for a Visual Basic module." when we try to create and save a new database. They also then get errors when trying to run some of the wizards. I reinstall office and register the DLLs using regsvr32.exe. Office will then work for a couple weeks and then get the identical problem again.

All of Microsoft Office is installed locally on each computers hard drive. Yet this is happening on multiple computers. The computers vary from 36 to 128 M RAM. The only computers that seem to be having the problem are computers that have had Office installed within the past few months. Of the computers that aren't working, some had Office installed from a CD and some were built (cloned) to an image that had all the software installed. When I install office from the CD it will work for several days, then Access will begin having the errors I described.
