Microsoft Access 2000 Backup Utilities?

Hello All,
I would like to know if there are any good/reliable backup utilities for Access 2000. The database is stored on the server and the user has shortcut to the front-end to run the database. I would like the utility to be able to backup and schedule backup. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hard to belieev but I use Winzip for this, as described at

It's hardly elegant but it's quick and easy.
