trying to open word file (any word doc). Get error say file not availbable. Have renamed normal.dot to oldnormal.dot. and still have the same problem. this was a word 2002 in works program. Uninstalled works and reinstalled. same problem. uninstaled works and installed microsoft office and worked for a while. now problem is back. anyone have any ideas what would cause word to do this.
