Micros9700 Interface with OnQ PMS

Any body can help me in interface between micros9700 with OnQ pms

We are configuring IP interface its showing error "No reponse for message" I think there is a problem of port
can any body tell me which port i will use for the IP interface

We have tested Serial interface it is working fine now property is running with serial interface but they need IP

If any body has any document regarding this or somebody did this interface can tell me the port which port is using with OnQ pms
like with fidelio we are using 5009

Firstly there is no document. Can you ping the IP? Have you configured the IP in interfaces including port? OnQ is the Hilton PMS no? They provide the interface etc, you should only have to be ablle to telnet to the port, then therefore be able to set your interface to that IPort

Yep. They should give you an ip and port to txmsg to. Telnet is the way to ensure something is listening / binding data there. You could do a port scan on the IP and see whats open.
Fidelio / etc is on 5009 / 5010 but could be anything
