Micros RES3700 server setup

I run Res version 5.7 in Window server 2016(VM), after installing RES 5.7 set up and restart the server and this error occur.
Plz help me and advice to me.
and i open Micros control panel and change DATABASE button, after that i open Micros Database manager and second attached appear.

Stop the 3700 Sql service and try restore db from cmd

95% of the time I see the combase error from a windows update being incompatible with Micros. Typically, I have to uninstall updates, reboot, open DBM, then click on each tab. If they work, it should be relatively safe to continue. If not, uninstall another update, reboot, test. Repeat until it works.
