I need a driver for a ultra 64 workstation. I have them loaded with windows 2000 pro but need the driver for the ethernet chip set. I am running Res 2.6 and the driver on the res disk is only good for win 95. I would like to run
Res 3.2, it would solve a lot of problems, would micros supply it to me, I do have all the licenses but talking to them it seem that thay want me to bring in the whole system so thay cam program it for me $$$. Is Res 2.6 a pig to get networked?

A couple of "problems" Ultra 64 do not support Win 2000, only Win 95 and 98 in a Micros enviorment(Win 95 is always used) As well Ultra 64's are not supported past version 3.0, so the will not support res 3.2 Your best bet is to install 3.0 after putting Win 95 on your workstations. It is easy to install / setup and and drivers needed can be found on the micros ftp site under 3700...."ftp.micros.com"
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, it's to bad the network runs solid and snappy on 2000 pro, I only need the one driver. I flashed the bios to 1.00d, and the the bios will give ya the option of booting on lan or disabling the the ethernet chipset. If I boot off of lan the bios promps ya to hit H to boot from the harddrive, not good if their is no keyboard. If the lan is diabled I need a driver for windows 2000 pro. A bios flash that fixes the disabling the the ethernet chipset would work to. Micros has no such fix on there website but I'm sure thay got it.

Thanks again

Kevin
