I have a new client who uses this system for a small, bar & restaurant. The problem is that once the server checkout autosequencer runs, the touch screen locks up and you constantly get "employee must sign in"-message. Then, the station needs to be rebooted.


The report runs fine and kicks out the closeout and tip rpts but then no other access on the touch screen is possible. Any ideas?

The button used to run the auto sequence - add a "Next screen" to it pointed back out to the sign in screen.
