Hello. Newb here. Just wondering if anyone knows if the Timed Fire feature in MICROS 3700 can be used with a kitchen display system? No luck so far. When setting an item to delay, the first item (appetizer in my case) fires to the KDS immediately. The item being delayed never fires. Is it possible that the timed fire feature is only meant for remote printers? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
