Micros KDS sound

New Micros 3700 Kds system installed but am unable to generate a sound loud enough(when new tickets come in) for the kitchen staff to hear, already tried external speakers but no go

Try setting the volume all the way up in the actual system settings; you'll need a USB mouse to do it.
