This has just started in our POS about a week. (Don't know if some one has changed anything). When selling a "Bud LT 23 HH" (Bud Light 23 Oz Happy Hour Pricing, after selecting one Bud Lite, the pricing reverts back to non happy hour pricing for all happy hour items. So this will not allow us to charge a, for example, a Bud Light and a Coors Lite on the same transaction.

Any thoughts?

Tim

Sounds like the menu class has been set to one that pops back up to a different level (pops back up to your regular menu pricing level) Just compare it to a similar menu item that works properly and see if you see any differences in programming. Could also be a macro or touch key getting called but I wouldn't think so unless some has been making changes to your system.

How do you enter happy hour pricing, is it automatic or do you have to hit a button?
Also, do you know if anybody has been working on your menu levels? This could be an autolevel or rvc transaction config issue.
