Micros e7 Win10 PC USB License key not recognized.

Lenovo Win10 PC.
License usb key not reconized by usb port of pc.

anyone know of a fix or tweek. thanks

And yes I have swapped different keys they all work the same issue on the pc.

Have you installed the USB controller drivers?
Have you got any other USB attached device like a keyboard or a mouse?
