Micros 3700d, Manager Procedure gives html page not found error

Check the ASP.net version of the Manager Procedures web app.
Log into windows as an admin.
Right click My Computer and select manage.
Go to Services and Applications \ Internet Information Services \ Web Sites \ Default Web Site.
Find MgrProcedures, right click it and select Properties.
Go to the ASP.net tab and look at the version. It should be set to 1.1.4322. If it isn't, select that version from the dropdown and hit OK.
If you changed the version, right click Default Web Site and select Stop. Once it stops, right click again and click Start.
