Does anyone know how can I disable the need of manager's approval when a employee is transferring a check to his/her name?

Micros 3700 Transfer Check requires Manager's approval

Employee classes, Guest Check Control, Add check and Transfer check are the options I believe.
We use "Add Check" so our servers have to start a new check before bringing over another one. We think this helps from them just transferring in random cheques by mistake using "Transfer check
