Hi,
I am wondering if there is anyone out there that has first hand experience working with the SVC SIM?
We have been using the most basic functionality for years but I really want to utilize more of what this SIM has to offer and any additional insight above the basic PDF document would be helpful. Specifically the first thing I am hoping to do is support the SV_REDEMPTION_AUTH message. I expect that this would allow me to submit and Auth request similar to how you would auth a CC and then come back and do a tip adjustment. I can see the initial SV_REDEMPTION_AUTH request message coming from SVC, and I have full control over the server that will be responding/interacting with SVC. So I believe I would send an approval message similar to a plain inquire 10 REDEMPTION request, but I do not know which inquire or what message would need to be sent to pick the existing SV_REDEMPTION_AUTH and do the tip adjust and final redemption. Any insight anyone might have on this specific function would be very much appreciated.
thanks in advance,
