Micros 3700 sign in screen help please! :) :(

I am a noob so i apologize immediately. I have a restaurant that uses the Micros 3700 pos, and i needed to change a price and name of one of my beverages. So i went into micros configurator>devices>screen designer and changed the name. All seemed well the name change took and the price is correct. But when i signed out on the pos instead of having the clock in, sign in page i usually had i have a screen to choose a drink with one of our combos. I went into the Micros configurator in the computer and after searching a bit i was able to set the correct screen again and save it. But on the pos it didn't change! I still have the choose a drink screen and thus no way for my workers to clock in. The only thing i can think about is for some reason the choose a drink screen became the default screen instead of the sign in. A. how do choose a default screen to start if i am correct in my theory and if i am wrong how can i fix this?!

First off can you exit the screen? Always need to make sure every screen you build has a exit/cancel button or you can get stuck.
If not have you tried a reboot of the terminal?
Does the screen you have issues come up as the first screen?
You set the screen default in a few areas. One is ion devices, workstations, default screen.
Did you edit the touchscreen in touchscreen designer or just the touchscreens?

Thank you for your quick reply, can i exit the screen on the pos or computer? I have rebooted the terminal and the computer. the screen that is wrong comes up as the first screen instead of the sign in screen. I edited it in touch screen designer if i remember correctly, but that worked fine.

Check to see what your default screen is set to be in devices, Workstations. Change if need be to the clockin screen.

Thanks again for your quick reply and help! So i went in and changed it for pos 1 and it is still stuck on the choose a drink scree. What am i missing?!

Sounds like you need someone to review your changes. You may have modified your default workstation screen.

Can you confirm your workstation is doing a full reboot and your not just putting it to sleep and waking it up? You see the bios screen on it when re booting, then the desktop then it runs CAL? Same result? Try running OPS on your server and see what screen you get. If still same result you will need to look at the touchscrenn you set as the default in touchscreen designer and see if it displays what you think it should. Or needs changes.
