Micros 3700 - GSS Question

Hey all,

Does anyone know the GSS Caller ID server for Micros 3700? GSS was working great and the local dealer guy came by and upgraded us to a new version about a week ago but now were getting "Caller ID Server Not Configured" almost five times a day on all the workstations. It appears the only thing I need is the server to fix this?

I can tell you right now that what I have on the default image I use, MICROSRES32 under GSS, Rest., General tab doesn't actually resolve to anything. I have no real idea why you might be getting that error; I've never seen it, and I don't see a way to enable/disable caller ID.

Have you checked the MICROS Caller ID Service? I know you get a similar error in GSS if MICROS GSS Data Service isn't running. I'd check to see which MICROS services aren't running.

I did check the services (because the GSS Services was disabled under services.msc) and the Caller ID was enabled, as well. I just updated and restarted the terminals with no error so far, but unlike the "GSS Service Not Running" error, this one just pops up randomly.
