MICROS 2700 programming

I have a micros 2700 POS with 3 terminals. I have a fourth terminal that I need to download the info into so it is the same as the other three. The fourth will operate as a stand alone unit, not linked or chained into my original system of three. How do I download into the fourth terminal? Its been so long I cant remember...
