Where can I get an older version of MF COBOL ie. Version 4.0? MF only supply their new Net Express which I'm not sure I want to use. Is their site available with archive versions?

Generally, manufacturer remove old products from stores to prevent competition against their newer versions.
However, by searching the internet, you may be able to find someone selling it. Try to make sure they are legitimate dealers though.
