pn 54006835. Trying to setup an application record. No matter how I set it up (standalone, Micollab, MiVB I get an error saying I need to assign a base product first. Help? Only other products I have is 54006809 SRC Tap Licenses and the Integrations License.

then you dont have enough

what exactly are you trying to do ( dont be afraid to fully detail it)

The procedure is basically as follows

in amc you create a customer
- under this will live all the ARIDs for that customer

you can create an arid and call it whatever you want

it becomes a valid system arid by applying a base license to it

so new arid =1234567 called MiCollab - will display as mitel generic until you apply a micollab base license

you can then apply other micollab licenses to it and use it to get the server operational

if you are using UCC licenses you do the following

make MIVB ARID and apply base license
make Micollab ARID and apply base license
make MBG ARID and apply base license

Then select MiVB and create a ULM ARID

then add the other servers to the ULM ARID so that they are bundled together

all user licenses then get applied to the ULM and it distributes them as required to the others.

what is that part number for ? (54006835) i cant find it lsted in CPQ

Are these perhaps some of the Bundled contact centre licenses that come with a MiCC 8 and above ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

you will need to ask Mitel , on one of my early ones i was supplied some 54006837's I still have no idea what to do with them , they are in the AMC license bank

even asking mitel didn't help

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Issue is AMC support has blown me off, Pre-Sales Engineering will no longer help me, and without an ARID, i can't call tech support.

you still havent really detailed what you have done and are still trying to do

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I'm trying to place the MiCC Dealer Demo License into an App Record. AMC is telling me I need a base license. I have created an App Record, and get that base license error message when I try to put MiCC license in it.. I also get the same error if I try to load it into MiVB and Micollab App Records. I've gone so far as to create a ULM. I was able to create an App record for the OIG server but MiCC doesn't go there either.

RESOLVED: Found I could add license to the ULM. Now vMSL is stuck in SYNC, but new licenses updated in Micollab.! Sheesh.
