MGU Problems in MG1010 chassis

We are having problems with a new CS1000E system at release 6.0. Two MGU cards have gone bad in less than 3 months. All FAN LED's are flashing red and green. Does anyone know of a know problem for these. I have referenced a thread from July 2010 from another user but there were no replies at that time.
