Mgr Procedure In Micros

Manager Procedure is not running in Workstation5
I am trying to configure new emp ID Card from workstation 5 but its giving error "Page Cannot Displayed"

Hi,

Mgr Procedures runs in a web page, cleverly hidden to look like a program. Is this workstation a WS4, WS4LX, WS5, WS5A? I would only see a problem if running a 32bit client ( PC 2010) as there can be problems with dotnet interfering (3 or 3.5 I think).

Alternatively it is a port issue. There is a posting already on RES 4 PORT USEAGE. Look it up.

It runs on other clients yes?

This client has 3 clients all the three is ws5 and this procedure is not running in all the three

Hi.

Try running Mgr Procedures on the server. Confirm the server has the firewall turned off. Then look at the attached doc (RES 4 port useage).

You may find the ports required are not open. You will see it uses port 80, which should be open. As an extra precaution, just recheck the IP & subnet masks on the network. Confirm the workstations have the correct name & IP combinations.

Restarting the "IIS Admin" and the "World Wide Web Publishing" services should resolve your issue.
