MGC Card through a Firewall issue

I have been battling an issue on a 7.5 1000E running a VxWorks CPPM Call Processor. I have a main site and a Disaster site across town with a Survivable Media Gateway with 1 MGC card for Lop 24 0 at this Geo Redundant site. PBX is patched current as well as MGC loadware. My 4 local MGC cards do not have an issue. Only the one across town is dealing me a fit. I found one and only 1 solution on Avaya's website for a patch which I installed, no luck, same issue. Replaced the MGC card today, same issue. I cant help but think it is a firewall issue, see errors below and tell me what you think

Guess what! We fought this issue too and it ended up being router code. We downgraded it back and no longer had ELAN error. However, ours was on a 4.5 CS1000 system and Brocade network gear.

Just saying it could be a similar issue if you guys happened to update your router or switch code recently.

Thanks Tman, unfortunately the network is not ours and I have no idea what has been done recently. IT folks are pretty much worthless at the site.
