Is it possible to get a power-failure alarm from an UPS system connected to the MG1000E so it could send it to the Call server?

We would like to get this power failure indication to be sent out over the normal TTY messages-port

I cant find it..

yes, but that depends on the ups.. the newer ones we use have both a serial port and a nic card.. config that nic with an ip on your network then you can use it to email/ alert any user.. set that up (and the ip) from the serial port.. BUT that is a ups feature not nortel..

you can connect a seb to a io on the switch and have it send alarms... for just power i would network my ups
