Metaframe 1.8 SP4 with Microsoft W2k Sp3 or 4

I have not as yet upgraded my metaframe server to W2k SP3 or 4. Has anybody ?
I had previously went to SP3 and had problems. Have these issues been resolved ?

If you're running SP2 without any problems, stick with it. Don't go to SP4...here's a link to a list of problems:

We're running running SP3; however, we did have to install some hotfixes to fix printing issues as well as profile issues.

I am running into certain issues with SP2 however.

Autocreation of printers can be an issue.
When a user logs in, and his/her session is viewed through the shadow task bar, the user is listed as having a session open on two computers, one is listed as the server the other is listed as the remote computer name.

I have cannot find any fixes to these issues, I was hioping moving to the next service pack would resolve them

Have had profile issues on SP4, b ut no problems in SP3.


Just as an aside when you stop shaddowing does the issue go away? If it does can you not live with the feature ?
