metadb has problem with master block

Hi,

I installed an array AS3500 fiber optic type. I ran metadb -a -f c7t16d0s4 to create a meta device. On reboot, I ran this command: metadb -i
The ouput shows
M p 16 unknown /dev/dsk/c7t16d0s4

The M shows that there is a problem with master blocks.
I tried to format the slices in varying sizes and on different drives on the array and still have the same problem with the master block.

Thanks for any help.
