Meta tags and keywords are not visible!?!

Hello,
I finished designing my site and uploaded it however I can not see my keywords and all other html scripts in browser. Search engines can not see it too, i got a report from an engine that says so.
What should i do to make my codes visible in browsers in Dreamweaver 4? or what should i do to make my head content work and be seen at least by the search engines?

after I posted the link I saw that problem was not occuring beacuse of dreamweaver but it still exists I found that it's because of domain name forwarding.

I'll ask for my domain registrar.
